Terms and Conditions

1/. Items will only be despatched when payment has been received.
2/. Once an item is dispatched it can not be cancelled.
3/. Postage and packaging is included unless otherwise stated.
4/. Postage is only to UK mainland.
5/. Postage is by Royal Mail 2nd class with tracking.

Returns Policy

“Lightning Motorcycle Training” is the trading name for RD Education Ltd. “Customer” is defined as the person who purchased the item. The “Item” is the product purchased via Lightning Motorcycle Training’s website as an online purchase.

1/. Returnable items – clothing.

a). Any clothing item can be returned by the Customer notifying Lightning Motorcycle Training in writing to within 14 days of receipt of the item.
b). To be eligible for a refund Lightning Motorcycle Training must receive the clothing item returned by the Customer within 14 days of having notified Lightning Motorcycle Training in writing.
c). There is no refund for the cost of postage for the returned item.
d). Proof of purchase is required from the Customer to process a refund, repair or replacement.
e). No refund is due if the item has been damaged by the Customer, or a third party, in an attempt to repair or alter the item.
f). No refund is due if the Customer no longer wants the item (for example if it is the wrong size or colour).
g). The Customer is deemed to have accepted the item if it has been altered or by signing to say the Customer has received it (for example by signing a delivery note).
h). The Customer has the right to request a repair or replacement of an item for up to six months from the date of purchase.
i). The Customer must prove the item was faulty when it was purchased in order to receive a repair, replacement or refund.
j). If the item was described as faulty at the time of purchase (for example ex-stock) no refund, repair or replacement is due.

2/. Non-returnable items – computer software and books.

k). Computer software and books do not have a returns policy for repair or replacement.
l). Computer software and books are only due a refund if the item is faulty.
m). Refunds for faulty computer software or books must follow the policies outlined in c)., d)., e)., g)., h)., i)., and j). above.
