Due to our busy expansion we require two Sales Administrators at our Watford head office (Hertfordshire).
The job requires good telephone skills to be able to deal with incoming enquiries, an ability to take messages and check bookings. Reasonable IT skills and a high level of literacy are required to use an online diary system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Office 365.
This position suits an organised and conscientious individual that can self-motivate, and excel in customer relations.
We are looking to develop this individual to be able to sell and book courses, and we will provide training for the right candidates. We are looking at a time scale of three to six months.
Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Saturday in week one, and 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday in week two.
We provide 30 days’ holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a Workplace Pension, 3 days Sick Pay (after one year of service) and monthly pay through PAYE.
