DVSA phone line and email degradation of service
With regret we must inform our customers that the situation with the DVSA’s email and phone line service has become so poor that we are unable to make enquiries on your behalf. Waiting times on the phone have exceeded 5 hours and emails simply go unanswered. We are simply not able to invest this amount of time where there is an issue with a driving licence. We will contact you to let you know that there is an issue, and then you will need to make the call.
